Fujitsu goes crazy with notebook drives after it recently announced a 250GB and a 300GB version of its 2.5” notebook drives that do 4,200RPM with perpendicular magnetic recording technology. The drives feature the SATA standard, have low power consumption and improved shock tolerance. This is Fujitsu’s second-generation of hard drives that support the new perpendicular magnetic recording technology.

Both drives will ship sometime in Q1 2007. There’s no word on pricing, though.
