Drum Roll, please… According to Microsoft, the Zune will debut at $249.99 with an accessories line right off the bat. The accessories will range from $19.99 and $99.99 for the following products: • Zune Home A/V Pack ($100 - dock, remote, AV cables, extra battery, sync cable, adapter) So, if you thought Apple accessories were getting out of hand, well, don’t worry, Microsoft is going to be just like Apple and work with its partners to flood the market with an abundance of useless accessories that hardly anyone would go for. Oh, I almost forgot. Zune will go on sale starting November 14, 2006. |

I don't know about that, but I think Zune will definitely kill the iPod on a Microsoft campus. Remember Steve Ballmer's kids can't use Google or iPod, and I think Microsoft will implement the same policy at its campus for employees as well. :)

Ha ha ha. Yeah. If Balmer can marshall of his employees and relatives to use the Zune, then just maybe he may dent the iPod, like right away. *S*

Thanks for pointing out the website. Zune will never be as hot as the iPod, though you may never know. The problem with MSFT is their philosophy of entering the market is wrong. They do it to beat others, not to innovate to lead and develop a revolutionzing product.
