bluemouse_001.PNGThere are some very creative people in this world, as this project proved. The cell phones we all love and use daily could also turn out to be a fairly decent wireless Bluetooth mouse. Who would’ve thought about it? A standard camera phone with Bluetooth capabilities has all the ingredients of a decent, workable mouse given the right development attitude, a keen eye for detail and some inspiration.

The developer expands into the project and provides just enough detail to give you a full understanding behind the technicality of the project, and yet not revealing key information. He’s not planning to release this Java code, as he is attempting to develop a Bluetooth HID before the final release.

I can already see cell phone makers including this mouse-in-phone feature in their cell phones as a commercial feature in the near future. It’s quite a feasible idea.

Very nice indeed. And for those who love mobile technology, they could use this with a Pocket PC too.
This way you have a perfect mobile solution. For PocketPC's there are already bluetooth mouse drivers available for example this one:

called BlueMouse.
